Here
are some of chronical fatique symptoms. If you have two or more, slow down a
little. It is similar to overtrainness:
- Very bad performances on
     competition and training
 - Though hard training, better
     performance is not coming
 - Competition is done worser
     than training
 - Loss of sleep and body
     weight
 - Insomnia
 - Joint and muscle pain
     without explained cause
 - Respiratory system
     infections and influenza conditions
 - Irritability and narrowness
     that can be followed with depression
 
Chronical
fatique can be stopped in numerous ways:
- Eat recommended sports
     nutrition along with adequate amount of carbohydrates and proteins
 - Plan recovery time between
     hard trainings
 - Plan daily schedule so you
     can sleep enough at night
 - Try to minimizes stress in
     your life and decrease disturbal activities that decrease your body and
     mental energy
