Agility is the ability to move and change
direction and position of the body quickly and effectively while under control.
From my personal
experience, the best distance for agility is the one where fast movement
sections do not cross 6-8m, cause it can create the most influence on a
targeted feature.
Here will be presented
geomethric drills and letter drills.
All the exercises in agility training are done at MAXIMUM RATE OF SPEED.
In this exercise, an athlete starts from middle cone and runs to one cone, than returns to the middle cone. This exercise is done till all 4 outer cones are completed and athlete is returned to the center. Desired distance between middle cone and all other outer cones is 5m.
