Agility is the ability to move and change direction and position of
the body quickly and effectively while under control.
From my personal experience, the best distance for agility is the
one where fast movement sections do not cross 6-8m, cause it can create the
most influence on a targeted feature.
Here will be presented geomethric drills and letter drills.
All the exercises in agility training are done at MAXIMUM
RATE OF SPEED.
Make sure that you make a square, and edges of your square should be 8-10m long. Place one more cone in the center of your square. Follow the drawn moving directions.
For running on square edges, use normal running. Once going to the cone in the center, use also normal running, than lateral moving till you reach the center again. Then run forward again and finish.
Your start place is right cone. Finishing line is left cone.
