- Chinning bar
- Assistant.
How to conduct the test
The chins test is conducted as follows:
- Hang from the bar with your palms facing your body.
- Pull up until your chin is level with the bar.
- Lower so as to straigten your arms.
- Repeat as many chins as possible.
- Record the number of chins.
Analysis
Analysis of the result is by comparing it with
the results of previous tests. It is
expected that, with appropriate training between each test, the analysis would
indicate an improvement.
