Pituitary and sintetic gonadotropins

Pituitary glandula significantly influences to many various functions in organism, by stimulating bigger number of hormones: gonadotropins( luteinizing and folicostimulating), growth hormone, tyreostimulating, adrenocorticotropic hormone and prolactine.

Luteinizing hormone(LH) stimulates testises(interstitial cells) of males to testosterone secretion. Same effect has humane chorionic gonadotropine.

Detection

Pituitary and synthetic gonadotropins can be detected in urine through appliance of immunoassay test.
